Administration of all human resource, personnel administration and employee relations' activities for the company within established guidelines.   Recommends and implements policies in the following areas:  recruitment, employment, training, wage, salary, benefits administration, employee counseling, discipline and safety, specific responsibilities include:


  • Supervise company's recruitment, placement and training programs. Formulate, recommend and direct the interpretation and application of established human resource policies to meet company objectives
  • Responsible for the administration and timely preparation of payroll
  • Administer time and attendance programs, take appropriate action when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations
  • Responsible for administration of wage and salary policies, procedures, structure and performance appraisals
  • Protect the interest of employees in accordance with the company's personnel policies and appropriate governmental laws and regulations such as OSHA, ERISA, Fair Labor Standards Act, ADA, etc.
  • Responsible for administration of all employee benefit programs such as health, life, dental, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance programs, as well as the Employee Assistance Program
  • Direct and maintain various activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of employee morale, including active participation in employee meetings
  • Interact with all levels of management on a 24 hour basis, ensuring staff to support production requirements
  • Manage temporary staffing agencies



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, prefer Master's degree in Human Resources. 

10 Years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably operating 24 hours per day

Experience with Automotive TS16949 standards

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
